LICENSING AGREEMENT

PARTIES INVOLVED

Licensor: Chronicle Creations Inc. (“Licensor”), a company registered and operating under the laws of Canada.

Product: Dreambook (also referred to as “Dreambook Kids” on the Apple App Store). More info at dreambook.kids.

Licensee: Any individual or entity that downloads, installs, or uses Dreambook or its AI-generated content (“Licensee”).

1. GRANT OF LICENSE

1.1 Scope of License

Chronicle Creations Inc. grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to create, access, and use content generated by Dreambook AI for personal, non-commercial use.

1.2 Ownership

All generated content remains the exclusive property of Chronicle Creations Inc.

1.3 Restrictions

• No commercial use allowed.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• AI-generated content from user prompts is owned by Chronicle Creations Inc.
• Users gain usage rights, not ownership or commercial rights.
• User prompts are not confidential and may be used for improvements and research.

3. PAYMENT TERMS

• Basic features may be free; premium features require payment.
• Prices and terms shown in-app and may be updated.
• Virtual currency is non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.

4. REFUND POLICY

All sales are generally non-refundable. Contact charles@chroniclecreations.co for exceptional cases.

5. TERM AND TERMINATION

• Agreement effective upon first use until terminated.
• Users may terminate by uninstalling or deleting their account.
• Chronicle may terminate access for misuse or violations.
• Certain clauses survive termination.

6. WARRANTIES AND DISCLAIMERS

• Dreambook is provided "as is" without warranties.
• No liability for damages from use or misuse.
• Users are responsible for their own usage.

7. MISCELLANEOUS

• Agreement governed by Canadian law.
• Terms may be revised and updated versions posted in-app or on website.
• Official notices sent via email, app notifications, or website postings.
