User Agreement

INTRODUCTION

Welcome to Dreambook (“the Product”), an iOS app on the Apple App Store. By downloading or using Dreambook, you agree to this User Agreement. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

1. CHANGES TO AGREEMENT

Chronicle Creations Inc. may modify this Agreement at any time. Updates take effect upon posting in the app or at dreambook.kids. Continued use implies acceptance.

2. USER CONDUCT

2.1 Prohibited Behavior

• Disrupting app infrastructure or security
• Generating or sharing harmful, offensive, or unlawful content
• Violating laws or others’ rights

2.2 Consequences

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations or harmful conduct affecting users, Chronicle Creations Inc., or third parties.

3. REGISTRATION

Where available, you agree to provide accurate info and maintain the confidentiality of login credentials.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, interfaces, and designs in Dreambook are owned or licensed by Chronicle Creations Inc. and protected by IP laws. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

5. TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend access without notice for any breach or wrongful use. Upon termination, all rights and licenses immediately cease.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chronicle Creations Inc. disclaims liability for damages arising from use of Dreambook.

7. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by Canadian law. Disputes shall be resolved in Canadian courts, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
