Dreambook is built to explain itself, but not everything fits in an app. If you need something from us directly — a question, a concern about content, a deletion request, or help with a subscription — we're reachable by a human.

Subscriptions, billing, and refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. To cancel or request a refund, go to Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions, or contact Apple Support at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can't cancel or refund on your behalf — Apple holds those controls.

Report content. If you ever see something in Dreambook that seems off — unsafe, not age-appropriate, or just not what you expected — tell us. Reports from parents are the highest-signal input we get, and we investigate every one.
